On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Service Request
The standard role called "Human Resource Help Desk Manager" contains the privilege called "Manage SmartText" which according to the description should provide the user the ability to "Allows creation, update and delete of a SmartText."
but in the system when customer was getting into a specific SR (or from the Tools menu) to the SmartText editor as Human Resource Help Desk Manager he could not edit SmartText.
It Looks like only " Human Resource Help Desk Administrator" can't Edit Smart Text
