Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee XXXX - last working day was 24/4/18
HR tried several times to Terminate the worker on 24/4/18
Every time transactions are displayed as "completed" and "approved" for HR and at the opposite the worker is not set as Terminated and transactions are visible as "in Progress" with an error from Admin


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Termination transaction to complete successfully

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Termination transaction for employee

Due to this issue, users cannot terminate the employee
