Symptoms

On Prime Projects: 18.11.2 version, Cloud: Reports and Document Exchange

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When accessing the Report module with the Google Chrome browser, the module does not load with the loading screen (pulsing ellipsis) being displayed without change.
On Internet Explorer, the page loads as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When accessing the Report module with the Chrome browser, the module should load as expected.  Also, In Chrome browser the pop-up/add blocker also causes Schedule - Activities page to not load/display.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From within Prime Projects, select any of the links from the Reports module on the sidebar menu.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Report module with Google Chrome.
