Synchronize Problem (Doc ID 2482372.1)

When creating an appointment from the web and then enter the consumer good application and press synchronize, the application hangs up and you can not leave the synchronize screen, more than 40 minutes pass and the application shows that it continues to synchronize, due to this has to kill the application and when entering again the application shows inconsistencies as it does not show the route, and no appointment is shown. Tests were carried out with 6 devices of which 2 with Android system have this problem.
