Primavera Virtual Desktop Server Cannot Be Found When Selecting the Link from the Cloud Jump Page (Doc ID 2482739.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Primavera Virtual Desktop link from the jump page, the following error occurs:

ERROR

This site can't be reached.
customer-primavera-sgd.oracleindustry.com's server IP address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN


STEPS TO DUPLICATE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Primavera Cloud Service jump page.
  2. Attempt to access the PVD link.
