Termination Is Not Happening When More Than One Payroll Group Exist (Doc ID 2482761.1)

The user couldn't do the Termination and found that the particular employee was having 2 payroll names.
But one was active and another one was inactive.
In spite of it, the user deleted one payroll name and proceed with Termination.
But the problem is : the historical info of the payroll name change is lost.
What actions should be performed to terminate the employee and keep the historical information?
