Milestones Are Not Working On SR Details Page In HR Help Desk (Doc ID 2482970.1)

The customer set up milestones and SR entitlements but they are not showing up when an SR gets created.  They ran the " Migrate Service Business Unit Data" process and also defined the BU AND made sure that 'HZ_DEFAULT_BU_CRM' is assigned to correct BU but the issue persists.
