Symptoms

On : Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Cloud Service 16.2.6.2 version

When attempting to login to P6 Cloud Administration page, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Unable to sign in. Contact your administrator


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Launch P6 Administration page in cloud environment
   2. Provide username and password and click ok
   3. Observe error message
