Information in this document applies to any platform.
A user is not able to edit some account records due to a field validation on a checkbox field.
The user is not changing the value of the checkbox field, it's not checked before and after saving. However, the validation is still triggered.
Only the Account Owner can update the 'Comms via Account Manager Only' checkbox.
