CEC Service Suspended Notice Due To Quota Breach After Migration From DOCS to CEC SKUs (Doc ID 2483143.1)

After migrating from DOCS to CEC SKUs, receiving notifications that the existing CIM based service has been suspended due to a quota breach.  Only seeing CEC Users displayed in the MyServices -> Modify Service Instance page (not DOCS users), and unable to specify a negative number to downsize the instance.
