Goal

Getting 403 access error when calling web service

https://HOST:443/crmRestApi/resources/latest/AssetVO_LOV_For_Photo1Status_c gives 403 Forbidden access error for few Users.

Customer is able to the see these from the desktop application, so not sure why this is not possible via REST.
