Cloud User Kicked Out of P6 And Unable To Access P6 (Doc ID 2483502.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


A P6 user may either get kicked out of P6 or may not be able to access and log into P6.

Various errors may present, such as "unable to connect to server" or "Gateway Timeout".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login P6 Prod
  2. Working in P6 Web and get kicked out "No connection, No Gateway, etc."
  3. "Unexpected login error. Please contact your administrator."
