Error When Clicking on Cloud Admin From Portal: Unable to load data (Doc ID 2483559.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 18.8.3.2, Cloud Administration 18.8.3

After clicking on Cloud Administration from the portal, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Unable to load data

Unable to load users, error unmarshalling arguments; nested exception is: java.io.InvalidClassException:
filter status: REJECTED

Page also shows the following statement: The page you requested is not available in the current context.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the portal as the customer
2. Click on the Cloud Administration link


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, administrator is unable to create new users or modify existing accounts.
