Symptoms

On Prime Projects: 18.11.1 version, Cloud: Workflows and Forms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Following an upgrade of the Prime Projects tenant, when updating existing workflows, users are prompted to update the workflow configuration to fit the new design. Upon doing so, all settings are retained however the automatic decisions must be completely recreated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All components of existing workflows should be upgraded without needing to recreate any aspect of it.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit existing workflow
2. When prompted to upgrade the workflow, confirm with a response to the affirmative.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users must recreate previously configured automatic decisions after upgrading workflows.
