Unable To Disable Client Side Cache Permanently (Doc ID 2483689.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to disable cache

Disabling the cache seems to only apply while P6 is currently running. If you close P6 and reopen it again, the cache checkbox in the configuration will appear as checked again.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Uncheck "Enable Client-side Cache" should be saved upon next login


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch P6
  2. Open Cloud Database Configuration
  3. Click Next
  4. Note that "Enable Client-side Cache" is checked
  5. Uncheck it and save the configuration
  6. Reopen and verify that it is still unchecked
  7. Save the configuration as unchanged
  8. Reopen and verify that it is still unchecked
  9. Click Cancel
  10. Shutdown P6 and restart
  11. Open Cloud Database Configuration
  12. Click Next
  13. Note that "Enable Client-side Cache" now is checked again

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users has to reconfigure database to uncheck "Enable Client-side Cache".
