ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Unable to create item using FBDI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The item created via the FBDI item template is seen in the UI


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the item template
2. Perform the FBDI process
3. Note the item is not seen in the UI
