PRC:POZ:Banking Information Tab Disappearing in Supplier Portal when Supplier Goes to Edit (Doc ID 2483921.1)

Symptoms

When a supplier is logged into the Supplier Portal, they are able to see banking information tab. However, when trying to edit  the banking information,
tab disappears from their screen and they are not able to change the banking information.
It is expected that the supplier should be able to see the banking information tab when editing

Due to this issue, supplier users cannot see their payment information (ie: bank accounts, payment methods).


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Supplier User.
2. Navigate to Manage Profile in Supplier Portal.
3. A Payments Tab is shown.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Payments Tab is gone.
