Symptoms
The "Supplier Site" is not mandatory on the Create Non Catalog Requisition Screen.
It is expected that the "Supplier Site" should be mandatory on the Create Non Catalog Requisition Screen.
Due to this issue, users are not forced to enter a Supplier Site per the business requirement.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator: Procurement > Purchase Requisition
2. Create Non Catalog Request.
3. "Supplier Site" is not mandatory.
