Content and Experience Cloud Classic Sync Client Goes Offline Unexpectedly

The user in this case has a slow internet connection and is aware of the performance limitations, but the user is seeing the Content and Experience Cloud Classic Sync Client periodically goes off-line. The behavior does not appear to be associated with the performance limitations however, it happens regularly enough that it creates issues with file management from the slow connection. Because the Sync Client is going off-line, the user is encountering problems with content being out-of-sync on the workstation with the cloud content.
