Error / Question
There is an apparent bug in CTMS Application Version: 126.96.36.199 SIA  ENU(*) when adding a contact for a site.
If you change the start date for a contact and save, the system will change the start date back to today’s date. The user has to update the date again and save, and then it works.
The desired behavior is that when the record is created and the date is
changed, from today's date to a previous date in the past, the changed date
should remain when the record is saved.
1. You created a contact record for the site
2. Start Date: by default is 12:4:2018 (today's date)
3. Changed to : 11:27:2018 (a week ago)
4. Save Record
When the record is saved, the date should remain as 11:27:2018 (a week ago)
