On Resource Listing page and searching for resources with upper ASCII characters no results show up, and the upper ascii characters inputted in the Search Bar are transformed to non-alphanumeric ASCII characters.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enter Last or Last Name into search bar, e.g., "Charón"
2. Select search arrow >>
3. Result: No data found and search string text transformed to "Char①n"
