FscmTopModelAM.CostTransactionAM.CostTransactionPVO is running for 10 mins even when run incrementally and fetches 0 record.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BICC
2. Run an extract on VO : FscmTopModelAM.CostTransactionAM.CostTransactionPVO
3. No output
