Advanced Dispatch Mode “Close and Dispatch All" does not allow Preview Tasks ability from MCP

In testing the various preview abilities, found that when a Crew Shift is configured with a Drip Mode = All and the Advanced Dispatch Mode to “Close and Dispatch All”, the MCP does not allow you to preview ANY tasks. Instead, the workaround is to configure the “Advanced Dispatch Tasks” option to 999 or similar to enable preview ability. Unfortunately, this also means that the Shift is not closed. When the shift is closed, the cutoff time is set for the scheduler to stop making optimizations past that cutoff time. So this is not a viable workaround in production.
