Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to clear the accruals automatically, based on the rules defined

Accrual Clearing rules have been defined for "CLOSED" status. But accrual entries are not getting cleared accordingly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For accrual to be automatically cleared after running the Clear Accrual Balances process, and defining accrual rules

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a rule for clearing the balances for Finally Closed PO
2. Run Create Accrual Clear balances Process.
3. Create receipt Accounting distribution
4. Verify if the accrual are cleared in Review Receipt Accounting Distributions

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot clear the accrual automatically.
