On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

We are trying to create a new contract using a contract type defined with the Class = Agreement, but it does not show up in the LOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The contract type should be available in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contract
2. Select BU
3. Try to select Contract Type
4. No contract type available

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create contracts in a particular Contract type
