On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to create a new Contract using a Contract type defined , the Contract Type does not show up in the list of values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Contract type is expected to be available in the list of values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Contract
2. Select Business Unit
3. Try to select the desired Contract Type
4. No Contract type is available for selection
