ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Element NQ Deferred Comp - Retro not pulling the earnings to the W2.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Total to appear in box 12 code Y should be sum of elements NQ Deferred Comp and NQ Deferred Comp - retro.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calculate payroll for the affected employee
2. Statement of earnings shows NQ Deferred Comp  and NQ Deferred Comp - Retro elements
3. Verify the W2 - The retro element value does not appear on the W2
