Using IDCS integrated with Smartview for SSO:
A user is having an issue on specific machine whereby when attempting to log into SmartView and after entering the username and password getting the error below although when tried to login from the same machine but using the browser instead of Samrtview, it login successfully.
Also when tried to login using the Smart view on different machine, it login successfully.
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Office.
2. Use the Smart view to login
3. Enter the username, password, the login fails with the error below:
"A system error has occurred in Oracle Identity Cloud Service"
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Smartview.
