Perform ABC Assignments Scheduled Process Not Assigning New Item (Doc ID 2484688.1)

Perform ABC Assignments scheduled process does not work when it is launched from Scheduled Processes page. It works fine when launched from the button in the Manage ABC Assignment Groups screen. New item is not getting added to ABC assignments after running Perform ABC Assignments from Scheduled Process page.

Steps to reproduce

1) Add new item to subinventory
2) Run Create ABC Classification Set ESS. New item added to classification set.
3) Run Perform ABC Assignments ESS
4) New item not added to ABC assignments

Expectation is that new item should be added to ABC assignments.
