Symptoms
Email notifications are coming with empty content. Tasks actions delegate and reassign do not reach respective users.
Tasks should be delegated / reassigned to the respective user and user's should receive the email notification with content.
Changes
The data for the email is obtained from the Fusion Application(FA) UI and if the content is not fetched due to the inactive user in FA, email will not go out with any content as expected .There is a security fix in the patch
This fix disallows locked or disabled users from logging into fusion application through SSO.
