Symptoms

Leading 0 not populating in compensation statement (.rtf)

User has built a custom compensation statement (.rtf) to generate out of the compensation cycle for change communications.
If an employee does not receive an increase, or has an increase that is less than 1 % of their eligible salary, the leading 0 is not showing.

For example:
worksheet shows 0.00 % increase for employee; statement shows .00 % increase for employee.
worksheet shows 0.25 % increase for employee; statement shows .25 % increase for employee.
worksheet shows 1.50 % increase for employee; statement shows 1.50 % increase for employee.

On the attached statement, you will see the text boxes highlighted in yellow where the percent values are being pulled.
The columns are set to show 2 decimal places.
