Cloud Users Do Not Receive Password-Reset Emails

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users do not receive notification emails after their passwords were reset in Cloud Administration.
Users should receive emails notifications when their password has been reset.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Cloud Administration.
2. Reset a user's password.
3. User receives no email notification.
