Goal

On a mobile device, when trying to view notifications, the notifications in the bell icon are truncated and cut off.

Even though HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED, among other profiles such as PER_DIRECTORY_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED, the notifications and directory do not render correctly
