Goal
Journal approval is skipping the hierarchy. Job Level hierarchy is set for the Journal approvals. This specific journal has to go up to the Job Level 30 when the user with Job Level has submitted it (2 approvers -JL20 & then JL30).
But it stops with the first approver itself. Rule definition looks fine and it was working fine previously as well.
OR
When using ledger id which has 15 numeric characters the system doesn't recognize the Ledger ID.
