Printing Remains in "Generating" State and Does Not Print in Prime Professional

Print does not work in Prime Professional.
Using prime Professional. The printing of the Activity View does not print. The moment pressing the Print button, it remains in "Generating" state.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Prime Pro Client.
- Go to Activity Window.
- Print. Printing will remain at 'Generating' screen.
