Symptoms

When attempting to Cancel out of Contact page, the following error occurs.

ERROR

You must provide a value for the attribute Last Name.
Attribute OrderName in PersonNameDEO is required


STEPS

1. My Details> Personal Information > Add Contacts
2. User clicks Cancel
3. Errors are given
