PRC:POZ:Supplier User Account Becomes Inactive After Importing Supplier With Active User Account To Cloud (Doc ID 2485741.1)

Symptoms

Supplier user is inactivated, when trying to update the Supplier Contact using FBDI
This issue occurs when there is a #NULL populated in the Inactive Date column

Expected Behavior:

Expect that supplier user is not inactivated as #NULL is populated

Steps:
1. Prepare Supplier Contact Import Template by Populating #NULL  for Inactive Date with action Update
2. Import Supplier Contacts

3. Notice Supplier User account is Inactivated
