ERROR: "Unexpected Error Occurred While Processing Credentials. Please Retry Your Action Again." When Attempting to Login to P6 Web on Cloud Environment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to login to the P6 EPPM Landing page, the following error occurs:
Unexpected Error occurred while processing credentials. Please retry your action again.
Same users continually experience this issue and password resets are frequent when the password is not supposed to expire for some time.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 Staging URL with one of the user accounts above.
- Error occurs.
- Reset password, user is able to login for some time
- Error occurs again before the password is supposed to expire.
