Filter data for a table with business objects works in Visual Builder, but not with data from API (Doc ID 2486104.1)

Symptoms

If the filter is applied to a table with records of a Business Object, it works correctly as expected in Visual Builder. But with the same procedure on a table that has an API record (service connection), the filter does not work.
