HZ_PARTIES.EMAIL_ADDRESS Field Value Absent, Despite Emails for Organizations Visible in UI (Doc ID 2486118.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Sometimes the filed HZ_PARTIES.EMAIL_ADDRESS is not correctly set in the database, even if the related field at the front-end is input correctly.
After having saved the required content from UI, upon returning and editing the field or checking in the database, customer finds out the previous data was not/was only partially saved.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to Customer Data Management > Organizations > E-mail, save require values or
2. Use import to import Contacts relationships and their emails.
3, Check for the email side values later on by editing the zone or in the database, the same content previously entered is not found now
