Goal

After upgrading to 18C, customers noted that the END DATE for the FINAL CLOSE within the Person Management > Manage Payroll Relationships work area that were previously set as 12/31/4712 (End of Time) are now appearing as blank.

Why is the FINAL CLOSE (FINC) date appearing as BLANK after 11.13.18.10.0 (18C) Upgrade?
