Goal

Yesterday SSE have been provisioned Oracle Engagement Cloud on a 3 month trial. This should consist of a production instance and a test instance.
The production instance is available.

The test instance is not available, current status states "Service has been requested. Oracle cloud will send you an email when your service is active and ready to use".

We need to use the test instance as our production instance does not contain data quality components.
