JCS-SX - Getting the error javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: java.io.EOFException

There is a note 2128509.1 for this issue, but the fix is applicable for the standalone WebLogic server. We are not sure how we can apply similar fix to our JCS-SX Instance.
