 Tax Configuration Content Upload ESS job log has following message

Unexpected Error in INSERT_PTP_RECORDS: ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
Unexpected Error in IMPORT_WRAPPER: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
Unexpected error during Data validation, Please review output/log file for detailed report.
Return status: 2



Reproduce steps.

1.Setup and Maintenance > Manage Tax Regimes
2.Select Download Tax Configuration Workbook
3.Enter value in Party Tax Profile Controls sheet
4.Generate zip file
5.Select Upload Tax Configuration Workbook
