KM Document, 'Error While Creating Bank Accounts For Future Dated Employees. Bank account creation failed. You must enter an account owner. <Note 1623112.1> explains the issue if the employee is a future dated hire.
The issue is that a future dated hire cannot have a personal payment method entered. The reason is the Payments shared bank account model only looks to TCA Parties and TCA does not create a TCA Party from an HCM Person until the person’s hire date.
In this note, it is explained how the jobs should be scheduled to run.

By design indeed Synchronize Person Records does not pick up Future dated employees for HCM TCA sync.
Please/ confirm also run of 'Maintain Party and Location Current Record information' to create party record.

So, two processes will need to be executed:
- Synchronize Person Records
- Maintain Party and Location Current Record information

Fusion Global Payroll: Error While HR is Trying to Add Personal Payment Method: The party identified by the specified party ID does not exist. (PER-1530186) <Note 1912713.1>.
This note explains how to run the Synchronize Person Records scheduled process. This process will also be needed to be executed, besides the one in <Note 2042405.1> - " Maintain Party and Location Current Record information".

Current situation: already scheduled the "Synchronize Person Records" on daily basis, still problem is not resolved...
