"Can't upload file at this time" Error When Uploading to Oracle Content and Experience (OCI) (Doc ID 2486957.1)

The following error occurs when trying to upload files to an Oracle Content and Experience (OCE) Instance on OCI. When attempting to also view/download documents, nothing is returned.


When this error occurs, OCE is unable to authenticate with the Storage Service due to one of the following:

1) the Public Key was deleted from the Storage User, or

2) the original Storage User was deleted.
