Symptoms
When trying to change the transaction attribute of an item the following error occurs in the Manage Items UI:
ERROR

ORACLEITEM3 has the following errors. (EGP-2775298)
The transaction enabled attribute on the item cannot be updated because there are existing transactions for this item.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Navigator
2. Navigate to: Product Development > Product Information Management
3. Manage Items
4. Search for Item
5. Go to Specifications tab
6. Under Inventory, change Stocked to No
7. Save
8. Error
