Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Only one file is stored in Project Mailbox even though multiple files with the same name are attached when sending to Unifier.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unifier should store the multiple files in the Mailbox even though they have the same name.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Prepare the mail to send to Unifier
- Attach two (2) files with the same name in local e-mail interface
- Send the mail
- Check the Mailbox in Unifier
- Notice only one (1) file is received in Unifier
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the whole attached files.
