Symptoms
Shipping address not sent to generic payment webhook in the case of multiple shipping groups.in other words, when testing multiple/split shipping, observed when an order is submitted from Agent with split/multiple shipping the shippingGroup object is not present in the generic payment webhook payload.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an order in agent console using profile(<EMAIL ADD>) using product <PRODUCT_ID>
2. Split the shipping for the item using address with name 'Address' and also with name 'Individual'
3. Enter payment as follows: card number - <TEST_CREDITCARD_NUMBER> cvv - <TEST CVV NUMBER>expiry month - 12 expiry year - 2020
4. Submit the order and check the content of the generic payment webhook payload
