When attempting to reset a password in Primavera Cloud Administration, the following error is observed:
Manually Resetting Password Operation failed for user: <username> The password change operation failed.
Steps to Duplicate:
- Login into Primavera Cloud Administration
- Locate user and right click
- Select 'Reset Password'
- Observe error
