Symptoms

When attempting to reset a password in Primavera Cloud Administration, the following error is observed:

ERROR

Manually Resetting Password Operation failed for user: <username> The password change operation failed.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Login into Primavera Cloud Administration
  2. Locate user and right click
  3. Select 'Reset Password'
  4. Observe error
