Symptoms

On  : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to update custom fields on resource object, the import fails with errors listed

ERROR
-----------------------
The manager is invalid because the specified resource is not assigned a managerial role or does not belong to a resource organization. (HZ-120522)The organization cannot be added to the hierarchy as the root node because the hierarchy already has a root node. (HZ-120520) Details: You must specify either a manager for the resource or a parent organization for the organization.The organization cannot be added to the hierarchy as the root node because the hierarchy already has a root node. (HZ-120520) Details: You must specify either a manager for the resource or a parent organization for the organization.The parent organization is invalid because it does not exist in the specified hierarchy. (HZ-120510)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage File import activity >Resource Object
2. Trigger an import process with field mapping and a CSV file

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, you cannot onboard new users to the system which is stopping users adaption to Sales Cloud
